Otonomos Dashboard Overview
Read about the Otonomos Dashboard and all it's functionalities.
Maintaining entities can be a tedious and cumbersome task, therefore we created the Otonomos Dashboard. The Otonomos Dashboard is created for our users to be the one place where users can manage and maintain their entities. This means that you don't have to look in multiple places for entity information like company number, incorporation date and your company documents.
Once you become an Otonomos Client you will receive an invite to login into the dashboard for the first time. To prevent you having to manage yet another login we use a password-less login meaning you will only have to confirm an email in your inbox to get in. Once you're logged in you will see the dashboard home page.
Dashboard Home Page
The dashboard home page shows an overview of your entities for you to quickly navigate to and find the information you are looking for.
When you click on "Manage" you will navigate to the entity overview with all relevant information to your entity.

Entity Overview
Your entity overview will show an overview of your entity information. The following details are shown in the overview page:
- Entity Name
- Entity Status
- Entity Type
- Registration Number
- Incorporation Date
- Renewal Date
- Registered Address
- Mailing Address
Underneath the overview you can find a list with all of the relevant entity participants. Meaning your shareholders, directors, ultimate beneficial owners and all other relevant participants.

The entity overview also shows a side menu, this will allow you to navigate to the following sections:
- Entity Billing
- Entity Documents
- Corporate Actions
- Entity Maintenance
Entity Billing
Entity billing shows an overview of all the paid and outstanding invoices that are related to your entity. Any payment that has been made on behalf of your entity will show in the overview. You will also be able to find invoices for outstanding renewals or orders that you have placed. The overview shows the invoice reference, status, invoice amount, issue date, payment date and payment method.
You will also be able to link to the invoice itself to either view the invoice or still make the payment.

The billing overview shows all the relevant information to your paid and outstanding invoices.
Entity Documents
Every entity comes with a set of documents that show proof of existence and other important details. When onboarding your company to exchanges or opening bank accounts you will need to share these documents with the providers. It is therefore very important for you to access these documents easily. To access your entity documents you can simply navigate to the relevant entity and see an overview of your documents there.

Your entity documents can easily be downloaded for the Entity Document view in your dashboard.
Corporate Actions
Once your entity is registered there might be additional services that you would like to add to your entity. It could also be that you want to make certain changes to your entity like changing a director, shareholder or the share capital. To action this you can navigate to the Corporate Actions section, from here you can see what changes and additional services can be added to your entity. The great thing is that you can initiate it right away by making a payment.
This prevents you having to send an email to our support team to get it started. Once payment is made we will get started right away to fulfil the order. You can read more about all the different corporate actions that can be taken in the Corporate Actions section of the help desk.

The Corporate Actions section lets you check out and initiate changes and or Extra Kit for your entity without any hassle.
Entity Maintenance
Entities are required to be maintained to stay in good standing. This means that annual fees need to be paid and additional requirements need to be fulfilled. This can be filling out Economic Substance declarations, annual financials and in some cases even Annual General Meeting notes.
Since entity maintenance requirements differ per jurisdiction - and even entity type it is important that you as a user know very clearly what needs to be done to keep your entity properly maintained. For this we have the Entity Maintenance Section, this shows you an overview of all outstanding requirements along with a detailed description. All the requirements can be actioned from within the Entity Maintenance section itself to make it as easy as possible to stay compliant. This means you can directly make payments for outstanding renewals or other requirements. You can download templates and upload them again after they are filled out. We will then verify the documents to ensure they are correct and send you a notification in case something needs to be adjusted or updated.
Our system will also send notifications to make you aware of outstanding requirements so you are always up to date.
