If you already have an company, you can transfer it to Otonomos to benefit from the dashboard and our services.
A company transfer is common practice, it simply means that you transfer the registered agent of your existing company. At Otonomos we have made this process more streamlined than ever with the use of our tech!
How it works
Upload your certificate of Incorporation
First, we need to ensure we can service your company. Simply upload your Certificate of Incorporation and our system will extract all the details so you don't have to fill it out.
Proceed to check out
If you are ready to continue, you can proceed to check out to get started. You can pay with crypto, credit card or a wire transfer.
Once payment is completed you will be redirected to login to the Otonomos Dashboard.
Start the online form
In the dashboard you can see your order in the card on the globe. Click "Build" to navigate to the online form where you can submit all the companies information.
Online Form
In the online form we will ask to fill out all the related company details including its company documents and its corporate and natural participants.
As you can see all the information that was extracted from the Certificate of Incorporation is already pre-populated so you don't have to fill it out again.
From here we will ask the same information you are familiar with with new incorporation forms.
